Timeline and list shortcuts

Views

Most items in the Start and End menus have keyboard shortcuts. Press “1” on your keyboard to view one month from now. All End menu shortcuts are mirrored in the Start menu but prefixed with the SHIFT key. Press “SHIFT + 1” to view from one month ago from now.

T = start today

SHIFT + F = start a fortnight ago

1 , 2 , 3 or 6 = end in 1, 2, 3, or 6 months from now

SHIFT + 1 , 2 , 3 or 6 = start 1, 2, 3, or 6 months ago

0 = end at the end of the year

SHIFT + 0 = start at the beginning of the year

Y = 1 year (365 days) from now

SHIFT + Y = start 1 year ago

Actions

N = new event

D = toggle between the timeline and list pages

/ = search

U = manually sync the last synced calendar

Timeline only shortcuts

W = fits the timeline to the browser window width

Bulk actions

Select one or more events in your timeline by clicking on the left marker and then use one of these shortcuts to perform a bulk action.

Delete (DEL) = delete events

Escape (ESC) = deselect all event markers

A = appearance – alter the marker size, line weight and event colour

S = add or change a Swimlane

G = add or change a Group
